RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@shopbodyflexx.com

We accept non-final sale items in their original, tagged condition within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive the item(s) unworn with tags we will go ahead and issue your refund via the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow for a day or two for the refund to be posted in your account.

The confirmation email you received after making your purchase and your shipping confirmation email will always include your order number.

At BodyFlexx, we stand behind our products and will do our best to make this right for you! Should this occur, please send a photo of the damaged product to info@shopbodyflexx.com with your information and we will be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

You can track your order here or by clicking the “Track My Order” link in the footer of our website and entering your tracking number or order number. You will receive both in the order confirmation e-mail and your shipping confirmation e-mail(s).

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next day or two.

If your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact BodyFlexx Support at info@shopbodyflexx.com for assistance.

There are no taxes charged to United States residence, however the standard GST/HST is charged in Canada. Duties (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout for United States orders.

SIZING

Choose shapewear based on your true waist and hip measurements using the size charts provided on each product's page A proper fit should feel snug but not restrictive, providing support without discomfort.

Depending on the style, fit, and desired result, shapewear can certainly feel snug at first. Step into it and gently pull upward for the best fit. Don't forget - shapewear is supposed to have compression in order to sculp and smooth your target areas. If it's too easy to put on you may need to size down, but if you feel uncomfortable once it's on, consider going up a size.
