How should I wash my sauna activewear?

We strongly suggest hand washing your sauna activewear pieces and hanging them to dry to avoid damaging the neoprene lining and extending their longevity.

You may, however, wash your sauna leggings or sauna shorts in a cold gentle cycle, but always hang or lay flat to dry. Limit the use of fabric softener, and do not bleach or iron.
