Does BodyFlexx ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada & the United States only, but are hoping to expand and will keep you posted!

How long will my items take to ship?

Express

Canada - 3-5 business days

United States - 6-9 business days

Standard

Canada - 6-10 business days

United States - 10-15 business days

What are your shipping fees?

Standard Shipping:

FREE on all orders over $80 

$9.99 CAD flat rate for Canadian orders under $80 CAD

$7.99 USD flat rate for United States orders under $80 USD

Express Shipping:

Canada - $14.99 CAD flat rate

United States - $14.99 USD flat rate

Will I be charged duties and/or taxes?

There are no taxes charged to United States residence, however the standard GST/HST is charged in Canada. Duties will be payable in the United states upon delivery of the package.

What is your return/exchange policy?

BodyFlexx has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
