The sizing is accurate. They fit snug, but comfortable. I wear these for Yoga. And yes, the tummy control does help. I like the high waist because during poses, my shirt rises up and I like my stomach area to remain covered.
These are doing exactly what I wanted I highly recommend!

Great for yoga or jogging. Doesn’t slip down and is very comfortable. It’s really good spandex and isn’t sheer. Better for curvier women as it makes me look really skinny but still cute.

Very smooth leggings. I only wish they had pockets! Also, I recommend you size down. I am a true XS in most clothes, approx. 130 lbs, 24” waist but these leggings didn’t do much to compress my frame. I’ll still wear them as I like the material and they fit comfortably. They also don’t collect an excessive amount of hair (which is awesome for a pair of black leggings. The XS might be better suited for a size 4 individual to see more of that compression
